Deep Leaguers: Castro's Legal Issues Make Him Off-Limits?

Marlins' Castro is apparently facing upcoming court dates for sexual assault.
Anybody heard indicating that this makes him someone to avoid? Or, maybe he can do a Kobe and drag it out until after the season?
Blessed are the cheesemakers.

Latest news that I have heard is that they were pretty confident they were gonna be able to pull off a KOBE. They thought it wouldn't come up until OCT at the earliest.
