You're going to have to wait about a month for that. As far as I know, the only top prospect list that is out is the one in the back of the Forecaster.
After a bit of time, Baseball Prospectus (Kevin Goldstein), ESPN (Keith Law), Baseball America (Composite among all authors, John Manuel), and the MiLB website all publish them. Some of those sources require a subscription to view.
