Draft Trade Help?

Thoughts on giving a 4th Rd pick ($1/4yrs) for Jose Tabata ($4/1) Not familiar with Tabata and haven't researched the new crop of minor leaguers

Could depend on what type of player would be available with that 4th round pick. Like how many keepers. Tabata has been a prospect for sometime, all the way back to when he was a yankee. He has 20/20 potential and possibly more than that. Four years for a $1 is good value for him but again it comes down to what kind of player would a 4th round pick net you.
