Bagwell and the HOF?

Bags was always one of my favorite players, and I ran across these two articles this afternoon. Good read. He's flew so far under the radar ( 3 MVP's I know ) people don't realize how good he really was.

I'm one of those silly guys that thinks if you deserve to get into the Hall you should go in on the first ballot. Those voters who think only the holy deserve to get in on their first ballet are idiots. But its the system we have so I say he gets in the 2nd?

Probably not this year, i'd think Byleven and Alomar get most of the votes and might be the only ones elected into the hall. One thing you have to consider in all of this is Mark McGwire, if Bagwell gets in than McGwire should get in also despite more evidence of steroid use.
