No and no. MockDraftCentral.com : the best bang for 0 bucks.
MockdraftCentral is tremendous for ADP. The THT Forecasts are tremendous if you're looking for up to date projections. Feel free to take what I say with a grain of salt as I write over there, and contribute to the depth charts. I can tell you that the depth charts are updated weekly, so if a player gets hurt, or a player gets promoted sooner than expected in the pre-season, it'll show up in the projections going forward. Every projection system has it's ups and downs, and everyone seemingly has their favorite. That said, I really believe the best thing about the THT Forecasts is the regular updates. Hopefully others that use them can give a completely unbiased opinion, good or bad, to help the initial poster out.

Fangraphs, sportsline, espn, yahoo, chone, marcel, a few others offer them for free.
Average them all and boom, you have a wisdom of the crowds projection list that's better than anything you can pay for.
Agreed, projections are like predicting the weather. It is not an exact science, and no one has yet stumbled upon the magic to do it better than anyone else out there.
The secret doesn't lie in predicting the future so much as it does projecting the past into that future. Look for increasing skill sets, such as a batter's improvement in taking walks, or hitting out of GB or FB. Stuff like that
