FFS, you're actually going to put BBQ filling in spring rolls? Usually, when I think of spring rolls, I'd think of relatively healthy, fresh ingredients and perhaps a prawn in there to make things interesting. BBQ and spring rolls, that just sounds wrong, no matter how delicious.
You're probably going to make option 1 or something like pigs in a bacon blanket, which makes any appetizer advice I have moot.

yeah...maybe i'm watching too much Top Chef...i like to get creative sometimes though i'm probably going the bacon route since that's the easiest to prep ahead of time allowing me more beer and football when it's my turn to appetize
