from Rotoworld: Hamilton missed the last month of the 2010 season because of multiple fractures in his rib cage, but he still outperformed the rest of the American League in the time that he was healthy and finished the year with a gorgeous .359/.411/.633 batting line, 32 home runs and 100 RBI over 133 games. He was also one of the top defensive outfielders in the game. Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera finished second in the voting and Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano wound up third. Jose Bautista was fourth

He'd still get robbed. The Yankees are robbing him right now, by not bowing to his demands of a 5y $100mil contract. Poor guy can't catch a break.
Cafe bets 2010: W/j24jags - Oakland A's more wins then NYM W/mweir145 - Oakland A's more wins then TOR (hat-trick?)

His .390 BABIP last year is obviously going to drop ( a lot, IMO ).
I'm planning for about .320/30/90 from JHam next year. Not a bad line, but definitely not 1st round material.
30 HR, .320 AVG, but 90 RBI? Have you seen that Texas lineup and home park? It's a shocker he got only 100 this year, since he had 130 in '08 and was on a 154-game pace of 93 RBI in '09 despite a .741 OPS. Vlad's probably coming back, Cruz is awesome, Kinsler is awesome, and there's more solid bats in Moreland, Murphy, and Young. No matter where/how the lineup shakes out, he'll have a ton of protection and RBI opps.
Rocinante2: you know Rocinante2: its easy to dismiss the orioles as a bad team ofanrex: go on Rocinante2: i'm done Rocinante2: lmao
If there's any knock on Hamilton's ADP next year, it's his health/injury concerns, not his production. He will produce as long as he's healthy. Now, if he could only stop from slamming his fragile body into the outfield walls trying to make spectacular catches!!

Maybe my RBI projection is a little low (assuming he plays the entire season), but I definitely don't expect Hamilton to get near .359 again.
