NL Only Deal....WHIR

Padres send Chase Headley and Adrian Gonzalez

Pirates send Andrew McCutchen and Jose Tabata

Knowing if Adrian goes to AL , the team who has him is SOL but has option to retain players in real life deal if to AL team.

Thoughts on which side you would prefer???

McCutchen/Tabata is intriguing.

AG too big of a risk even for a part of a season, this would probably work for me. If Padres team has enuf other power I like it even more
I'd never do this as a Pirates owner, its a gamble for the better player you really don't need to take

I like the deal for the Padres pretty easily. There seems to be no chance that the Padres keep AGone, which would cause me to worry about what will happen to him all year or until something happens. Now I wouldn't have to worry about it plus I get two very nice pieces that both could end up very similar in value to AGone.
