Will the Giants repeat as champs? Who will be the biggest Free Agent Bust? Which relatively unknown will emerge and hit 50 HR this season by changing his swing? Will Derek Jeter win another Gold Glove? Will Bryce Harper win Rookie of the Year, or will he also win the Cy Young and MVP?
No the Giants will not repeat! Donny Baseball will lead the Doyers to the NL West title while the returning champs 3rd behind LA and Colorado
Jason Werth will be the biggest FA bust by far! That dude must die laughing every time he goes to the ATM and sees his balance
Nobody hits 50+HR this year, especially not JOSE FRICKEN BAUTISTA!
Sad to say it but no DJ will not win a Gold Glove this year, love him to death but the guy is just not getting any younger and neither are the YANKEES!
Bryce Harper will be in the minors all season, he is just not ready. The only chance he has at coming up is in September
Mets lose 100 NL MVP- Matt Kemp AL MVP- M. Cabrera NL ROY- Brandon Beachy AL ROY- Carlos Santana Nl Cy-R. Halladay AL Cy- F. Liriano Pavano's biggest free agent bust- where ever
I really like this pick. While most will likely scoff at it, I think with Kemp no longer ina celebrity relationship he can focus on whats important-- baseball. He may finally show why he has been so highly regarded.
Get the feeling it might be tough to stop the Phils from winning 100 games (maybe even 110?), but for some reason, I don't think they've addressed their ability to scratch out an extra run against a good pitcher problem, which might hurt them in the playoffs. My predition right now, they win 110, but don't win the WS. But hope they do, we're Phils fans here.
NL East - Phils NL Central - Brewers NL West - Colorado NL WC - Cardinals
AL East - Boston AL Central - Twins AL West - Oakland AL WC - Tampa Bay
Not sure yet who I think will win the WS. Too early for me with more than a few FAs still to shake out where they will go.
hanely at 13 is quite a drop, i think i'd take him earlier. not a big lincecum fan after last yr's disappointment. and no way im takin agon at 5 without being sure his shoulder is 100%.
You are such a tool. So I go out on the limb and say a rookie hitting in Coors Field in a small sample size, who has repeatedly disappointed in the majors with many different teams, is a flash-in-the-pan. He proves me wrong by having an MVP-esque season next year. So I was wrong, and I've admitted that by including CarGo in my Top-25 rankings I posted in the Leftovers thread. Now every chance you get, you link to it like it's the funniest thing on the Cafe. TOOL.
