really made no sense to me why they'd risk something happening by sending him down there.

yeah, that whole scene was pointless. You're telling me that if they pulled him out whole that they would then go ahead and use that well?

No way. The well was poisoned the second it fell in. Nobody was ever going to drink out of that thing. Entire scene made no sense.

That water was poisoned for sure. Though if you filtered and boiled the water, it might be drinkable. Totally mind boggling that you would risk Glenn's life for something that wasn't needed. Still not as bad as stopping in the middle of a freeway graveyard and getting surprise attacked by a pack of walkers.

It's like they want to die.

There was no logic in it, but it made for a cool scene at least.

[SPOILER]

Though really, why are you reading the thread, if you haven't seen the last episode.....

It never occurred to me that the little girl would be in the barn, that was a great scene with them killing all of the zombies. I can't imagine that Shane will stay with the group much longer. He's starting to go insane.

Yeah, that ending really caught me unprepared. Poor Rick. You know he's going to take that really hard.
Should make for some interesting conflict in the second half. Hershel had to have known*.

*I understand that the previews touch on this. I don't watch previews, as I consider them spoilerish.

This show is so good when it's good but so bad when it's bad. :-/

Shane better stay with the group longer, he's the best and easily most interesting character on the show. He's turned into a real sociopath this season. They need the conflict he brings each episode.
