if say the expos have one less game than pittsburgh heading into a contest (assuming health on both sides) then wells will face their 5th starter

I don't put much stock into the pitcher slot number theory

Actually , before the Pirates gave up Suppan I thought they had an amazing young rotation, all have great potential.
