If your testicles go missing as well....then yes. :-b

Seriously though, it takes a lot more than lack of a penis to make a woman.

right on, Met.. ;-D

Man arrested for in-flight masturbation claimed he spilled Tabasco on his 'itchy' groin...

Florida is among several states now holding what are called "no refusal" checkpoints. It means if you refuse a breath test during a traffic stop, a judge is on site, and issues a warrant that allows police to perform a mandatory blood test.

"We don't want to violate people's civil rights. That's the last thing we want to do, but we're here to save lives," Unfried said.

That sure comes off as sounding like, "We don't want to violate people's civil rights, but we will."

seriously, if you're refusing a breath test then you're probably drunk and I have no problem with law enforcement doing what they need to do to catch you. as it is the punishments for drunk driving are waaaaaaay too lenient and should look something like this:

drunk driving first offense:
1 year jail
5 years no license
huge fine

drunk driving second offense:
5 years jail
can never get a license
huger fine

drunk driving third offense:
10 years jail
you get sterilized
hugest fine

if you ever kill someone while drunk driving: death penalty

there is not much i don't agree with here, well expect the sterilization part, but i am sure it was well intended .. oh and the part that they can just draw my blood without legal representation. Id be tempted to refuse to blow while sober, just to see if this judge still issues his warrant while clearly seeing that i am sober. One could easily make a federal case here.

were you personally affected by a drunk driver or something? You seem over-reactive to it.
