Trading on foreign markets

Not really sure how to go about doing this. I have been eying the Mongolian Mining Corporation for some time and want to invest in it, but given they are a part of the Hong Kong stock exchange I am not really sure what I need to do....I've never traded in foreign markets. Anybody have any idea?

I'm with Etrade it's possible to buy hong kong stocks through them. I've never done it and I assume they'll make you jump through a few hoops before letting you do it. Call 1-800-etrade-1 with questions.

Almost everyplace will let me trade on NYSE and NASDAQ so I've never had any trouble trading on foreign markets.
