I'm sure it was, the "cop" was most likely part of the shoot and the timing of the shoot was off. Do we really know that the cop wasn't part of the shoot?

Like pjalst eluded to earlier, obviously they did not have the scene properly closed off. But really, that's a cop, I don't care if the area is closed off, if he's responding to a call he's coming through. Movies don't trump the law.

The cop wasn't very observant, there were police cars posted at the two intersection that I could see in the video and tons of bystanders in the area.
It's funny how they covered up the car like it was a dead body or something.

I am with Met on this one. The guy driving the propcar should have slowed down when he heard the siren blaring.

I'm sure the stunt driver expected the road to be cloased off. They probably did a couple of dry runs first. He wasn't expecting a car to drive through.
