I would consider Felix over Rios but since you only start 2 SP a week, this league is going to be decided by hitting. Go with Rios.

runs, RBI's & sb's don't count? You should list what they scored last year; Butler & all his doubles probably does fairly well in this league. Felix the QS machine seems to be a sure thing despite only needing 2 pitchers.I'd certainly list the point totals for last year with your top choices for the best answers

So basically it's SLG, with a few more points for cycles and grandslams (which don't happen frequently enough to factor in).

Posey
Butler
Dunn
Cano
Hernandez
Morales

I'd probably let A-Rod go here. Butler and A-Rod are probably about even value, (Butler's 50 doubles + 20 HRs = A-Rod's 30 doubles + 30 homeruns), but i suspect Butler will start to hit some of those doubles over the fence which could be a large increase in value. Having said that, even though A-Rod's clearly been in decline, I still think he has a chance to put up one more elite season. And you'd be taking the risk of missing out on that.
