Is the pending assault charge the reason her kids were taken? I didn't see that indicated in the article.....if it's not, what are the legal grounds to take her kids away provided she hasn't been clinically diagnosed with a mental disorder?

The one I did read, though, said that as soon as all this happened, the kids' father filed a custody suit and won.

i think the article said the kids were being abused at school by others who found out about how horrible their parents were.

Ah....I was not aware that her children were from a previous marriage. The article provided no details really, making it sound like it was a product of the original story, which would be ridiculous because authorities would have no legal ground to take someone's children because the mother harassed somebody via Facebook.

UPDATE. B@#$% pled guilty to trying to run over her neighbor. Must move out of the neighborhood. Probation only, no jail time.
