The one I did read, though, said that as soon as all this happened, the kids' father filed a custody suit and won.

Ah....I was not aware that her children were from a previous marriage. The article provided no details really, making it sound like it was a product of the original story, which would be ridiculous because authorities would have no legal ground to take someone's children because the mother harassed somebody via Facebook.
