It seems as though everyone is in love with Edwin Jackson's potential this year. However, Jim Tracy admitted that Jackson may start in the minors, giving the rotation spot to Jose Lima.
What do you guys think of the Edwin Jackson situation? Is he worth owning in mixed leagues? What kind of stats do you project for this kid in 2004?

The Dodgers plan to stick with Edwin Jackson as their No. 5 starter, despite his 7.71 ERA in spring training, according to the LA Times.

Jackson was handed a rotation spot in January, but he may lose it to Jose Lima with an 8.59 spring ERA. He'll probably need to bounce back next time out in order to avoid an assignment to Triple-A Las Vegas. Even if he does start off in Triple-A, he would still be worth drafting in NL-only leagues.
Interesting... I was considering using my last pick, 24th Round, on a guy like Jackson. Maybe Cliff Lee is a better bet for a guy who will get more starts?

Cliff Lee is on all of my fantasy teams.
I suggest keeping Jackson on your bench if you can. Once he gets his stuff worked out, he'll be back up and starting. The Dodgers rotation is pretty awful.
