I feel like Bud Selig is really good at ignoring baseball's problems (steroids, etc.) until he absolutely has to do something. Hopefully this will convince him that he has to do something about the bats.

That would have been a fantastic advertisement for maple bats, and would have sold many millions of them. I would have bought one myself if it had actually taken him out.
