I am cruising to my first league Championship in a 10 team ROTO league. We keep 25 each year and there are some interesting waiver guys available before the season ends. All of these are more speculative adds not meant to help much this season. Is there a place I can improve my team?

C: Posey
1B: Pujols
2B: Figgins
SS. Ramirez
3B: Rolen
INF: Adrian Gonzalez
LF: Gardner
CF: Rasmus
RF: Cruz
Util: Rasmus
BN: Hamilton, Lind, Bruce, Tabata, Gordon, Asdrubal, Laporta, Miguel Montero
DL Bay, Ian Stewart

4SP: Lincecum, Felix Hernandez, Wainwright, Hamels
3RP: Cordero, Axford,
3P: Perez, Kuo, Bard
BN: Venters, Zimmermann, Hughes, Billingsley (DL Berdard)

FA List
SS Ian Desmond (is he better than Asdrubal?)
1B Kila Ka'aihue(Laporta is going to be a 1B giving me three)
1B Lars Anderson (Long term I like him but do I sit him on my bench for a couple years?

SP Gio Gonzalez rediculous that he's not on a team
SP Joulys Chacin I love this guys stuff and held him earlier in the season
SP Edison Volquez He has the K rate but has been up and down so far in his young career
SP Derek Holland Very interested in him also
RP Hanrahan Had him when he first took the closers role but dropped him when he blew a few, he's probably better than a few of my relievers but who? I would love to cut Cordero but you can't argue with 36 saves.

We use every concievable ROTO stat so I am concentrating on all around guys and not one cat specialists. I think Gordon and Laporta are my easiest cuts but are any of these guys better?

I would probably drop LaPorta for Gio. You are set at 1B and IF and I don't see LaPorta being good enough to require a Util spot. Gio is young, good and improving and plays in a huge ballpark with division games in Seattle as well.
