mp3 player headphones - need quick advice

I need headphones for my mp3 player - it's a Creative Zen I bought a few years ago if that matters. I'm doing some flying next week. I tend to lose or break headphones so not looking high end. Any recommendations?

My wife bought some Sennheiser ones that have the active sound blocking whatever in them for like 60 bucks I think. Either from newegg or amazon. I think it was these http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-PXC300 ... 908&sr=8-8

JVC Marshmallows are dirt cheap ($12-$18) and have pretty good sound but they're in-ear headphones if you're down with that. And unlike earphones like the iPod standards, they also act as earplugs so outside noise doesn't get in the way.

I'm not a big fan of the Marshmallows. You can much better quality for a little bit more.

These are the best headphone period for under 100 dollars. They're open faced though so they don't block out any sound and let a ton escape. There are not many headphones that can compete with their accuracy though. You'd be hard pressed to find headphones in the 400-500 dollar range that are better.

I've been using these for a few months now with no problems. Most of the cheap headphone I have bought have been really uncomfortable but I don't even notice these when I'm wearing them. Sometimes I'll forget that they're in and when I get up they'll get ripped out of my ears. I don't know about the sound quality versus higher end headphones, but it's been fine for me.

For someone that tends to lose or break headphones like myself and the OP, $70 is a bit much. My budget is under $25 and this is pretty much the best value play in that range. I used to have Maxells like the ones jake2k5 posted but they don't have the earplug-esque design that kills outside sound and enhances bass.

That paragraph was directed at these... Ultimate Ears are good (and can be bought for around 40 on Amazon...80 is the high price) but nowhere near these.
