I am in a head to head ten team keeper league on Yahoo! which uses these stats R, H, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP, W, CG, SHO, SV, K, ERA, WHIP, K/BB.
My Roster:
C Miguel Montero
1B David Ortiz
2B Ian Kinsler
3B Mark Reynolds
SS Jose Reyes
OF Shin Soo Choo
OF Carlos Gonzalez
OF Ichiro Suzuki
Util Luke Scott
BN Juan Uribe
BN Ian Desmond
DL Justin Morneau
SP Roy Halladay
SP Johan Santana
RP Brian Wilson
RP Rafael Soriano
P Francisco Liriano
P Jonathan Sanchez
P Chad Billingsley
BN Jaime Garcia
BN Gio Gonzalez
BN Anibal Sanchez
In my league, I am allowed up to 12 keepers. I can however keep less if I so choose, if I keep less, I basically get a pick in the round after my number of keepers, so if I kept 9, my first draft pick would be essentially in the 10th round.
As far as keepers, I currently have these players in mind:
Ian Kinsler
Mark Reynolds
Carlos Gonzalez
Ichiro Suzuki
Shin Soo Choo
Justin Morneau
Jose Reyes
Roy Halladay
Johan Santana
Francisco Liriano
I was just wondering if anyone felt I should keep 12 and which other players besides these should be kept. If you have a different opinion on which players to keep as well, I welcome them. Closers are generally seen as pretty valuable in this league as well so I was thinking of keeping at least one of them. However, I generally feel starters make better choices for keepers.
Please leave a link and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks.
