Jake Odorizzi or Randall Delgado

In a Dynasty league and I was offered Delgado for Odorizzi and Im considering taking it, but I wanted a few other oppinions. Who is the better SP and who projects to be the better down the line.

Odorizzi is a very nice prospect and having 1 of the bigger breakout years in the minors. Delgado is 2 levels closer to the majors, better right now and probably has a higher ceiling and a lower floor. I like both guys, but would much prefer Delgado.
