Need to pick 3 starts next week for the playoffs!!!

This is a points league, so pitchers will get points for IP, Wins, K's, Quality Starts, and lose points for ERs, HRs, Losses, BBs. Getting a win and a quality start is most important, and what I'm looking for, however.

I'm allowed 8 starts a week, so I figure I will start Ubaldo and Lester twice, as they have 2 starts next week, and then Matt Cain once. Which leaves me with 3 more starts.

I have to choose from:
Brett Anderson vs. Seattle
Brett Anderson vs. Boston(which would most likely be against Lester)
Carlos Carrasco vs. LAA
Carlos Carrasco vs. Min
Clayton Richard vs. SF(against Cain)
RA Dickey vs. WAS
Colby Lewis vs. TOR
Trevor Cahill vs. BOS
Jhoulys Chacin vs. CIN
Jhoulys Chacin vs. ARI

In case you were wondering, Ubaldo is against CIN and ARI, Lester is against TB and OAK, and Cain is against SD. Pick 3 of the above starts to go with these 5, unless you think there are above starts better than these ones. Help is greatly appreciated.
