The Cruise To Nowhere

Postby dAnzac » Tue Aug 31, 2010 9:26 am

There was a flyer in the mail about cruises, and this simultaneously cracked me up and blew my mind......

Don't you usually have a (different) destination on these things?

It's just about the cruise and not the destination, their selling a short getaway and the cruise ship experience. It's like leaving your house for a relaxing drive in the country and coming home in a few hours. :-?

The way the arrow in the picture goes it looks like the cruise begins in the ocean, swings by to visit Sydney and then ends in the ocean again. So going by that I guess Sydney is the destination? :-B

if that is all inclusive then that seems about right. i knwo people who go on cruises and dont buy the port passes and just chill on the boat the whole time

if not inclusive..then thats not good. but i drink a lot...so including all my alcohol is a must

You should PM AussieDodger. He's a member here and he lives in Australia. He'd probably know about this and could answer any questions you have.

It's like a super long booze cruise.

There are boats who schedule runs out of U.S. waters so anyone can gamble in an unregulated environment.
