I am hearing that Chapman will indeed make the move from the minors to MLB come September..... His role? I am in two leagues, and I could potentially use him as dark horse value in either. Is his going to do some starting or is he in that middle relief role? Or am I off base on one of these reports.

Looking to add a player who may come up. I hear Jordna Zimmerman will be limited in his innings.

Where is my best value in a pitcher pick up in the end..... I am looking at over all value, but feel free to highlight a starter and reliever....
1st League: Sanabia (FLA), Rodney (LAA), Uehara (BAL), Nova (NYY), Meek (PIT)
2nd League: Chapman (CIN), Zimmerman (WSH), MEEK (PIT), Bumgarner (SF), Zambrano (CHC), Leblanc (SD), Westbrook (STL)
