Time to drop Aaron Hill?

I have Brian Roberts and Aaron Hill, and have been swapping them in and out based on matchups. I've also only got 3 OF (Hunter, Hamilton, Gardner) for the 3 spots, so if one isnt playing I don't have a sub. Would you guys feel comfortable dropping Hill and picking up another OF (maybe pagan?)
