Simply by applying or better yet, if you know somebody who can hook you up. It's best to complete QA certification training, but I've known people who have gotten around that and just applied. Thing was, they jumped straight into QA out of college, which is the ideal jumping off point and then again, they went into companies that were more lax about candidates needing QA certification. It's a competitive path and the work isn't always rewarding (a lot of tedious work) but you'll learn a good deal and you have room for growth too.
