Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

Bay owner just dropped Bay since he is done for the year. I am contemplating picking him and stashing him as a keeper for next year.
We are H2H 12 Team Yahoo league. We keep 6 players (5 can be any player, and the 6th has to be either a rookie or someone we drafted in the late rounds 20th or later).
Right now, my top keeper choices would be:
Wainwright
Josh Johnson
Reynolds
Chris B Young
w/ Stanton as rookie
Anyone think Bay would be an upgrade here?

Wait - you get to keep 6 right? You only listed 5 players (including your required rookie Mike Stanton) so who are you asking us to compare Jason Bay to? He's not a "hands-down" upgrade over Chris Young and he's certainly not an upgrade over the others. If you list the rest of your current roster I think we can provide better analysis.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.

bay is not worth keeping in a keep 6 league
his woes are mostly the result of him moving to a less friendly park and an overinflated 2009
plesae help with mine
