request an awesome pic made for my kids baseball team?

OK so my son is on a travel baseball team, and we (parents) want to get tshirts made

I have a screen printer here who can print them for a decent price, but I am not very good at using photo shop type programs to make logos and such and I was thinking that if you guys are good at making these avatars and such, maybe you could help me with this project.????

I am not sure if you guys usually do this for free or for some type of payment - let me know
