*Updated Sanchez for Torres or other equal value player?

I am in a head to head ten team keeper league on Yahoo! which uses these stats R, H, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP, W, CG, SHO, SV, K, ERA, WHIP, K/BB.

My Roster:

C Miguel Montero
1B Luke Scott
2B Asdrubal Cabrera
3B Mark Reynolds
SS Jose Reyes
OF Shin Soo Choo
OF Carlos Gonzalez
OF Ichiro Suzuki
Util Aaron Hill
BN Colby Rasmus
BN Justin Morneau
DL Rafael Furcal
DL Ian Kinsler

SP Roy Halladay
SP Johan Santana
RP Brian Wilson
RP Rafael Soriano
P Francisco Liriano
P Jonathan Sanchez
P Chad Billingsley
BN Jaime Garcia
BN Kevin Slowey
BN Anibal Sanchez

So, I have first waiver priority after the deadline and this owner has number 2 waiver priority. We're thinking of doing a one for one deal that utilizes this unique situation we're in. This is a keeper league by the way. He wants Jonathan Sanchez, what would be fair value for him from his lineup? He's willing to do Torres for him but I feel outfield is such an easy waiver wire pickup position it wouldn't be worth it. Or, alternatively, should I just stay put?

His roster:

C Mike Napoli
1B Billy Butler
2B Eric Young
3B Gordon Beckham
SS Omar Infante
OF Jayson Werth
OF Shane Victorino
OF Chris Young
Util Andrés Torres
BN Curtis Granderson
BN Álex Rodríguez
BN Nick Swisher

SP Jon Lester
SP Carl Pavano
RP Joakim Soria
RP Billy Wagner
P Matt Capps
P Jair Jurrjens
P John Danks
BN Colby Lewis
BN Travis Wood
DL Chris Young

Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Leave a link and I'll get back to you.

More info needed:

How many keepers do you get? At what cost for each (e.g. is there a budget or do you loose a draft pick)?
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.

It will be 10 keepers for non playoff teams and 12 for playoff teams although you don't have to keep that many. You can take less for more draft picks if you so choose. I'm in line to be a playoff team if that helps.
