If they are both healthy the answer is Putz and by a long shot. However, Putz is having knee issues right now that are unresolved as far as I know (i.e. we don't know when he'll be back) so Wuertz might be the better pickup right now since he is actually pitching. Plus the 13 Ks he has over his last 9 IP denote that he's got his best stuff, as has often been the issue - he just needs to harness it.
