i think what you see at this point is about what id expect-more power from young, better average from pence, steals maybe slightly in favor of young...neither plays in a strong lineup but id have to say all you lose with young is about 10-15 points of average, and you get back significantly more in extra steals and HR (worth noting that young didn't really start aggressively stealing for the first two months or so, so you can expect more steals than his current total would suggest). for what its worth, espn has young as a top 25 hitter, pence at 49 for this year--if young maintains a .265 average, hard not to see him staying top 25 for next year.
