Do you have to keep 10? I know in my league, you can get a higher round pick if you don't keep the most allowable guys.
I agree with all of your "must keep" guys. I'd only hold onto Nolasco and Sanchez out of the others you list though, if giving back some picks helps you draft higher.

Nolasco, Sanchez, Beltre, Reynolds I feel they are the most reliable players on your list besides reynolds but the upside is so good. Otherwise you have to consider Hart hes been a monster.
