I'm in a league where K's are important (k, k/9, k/bb) and this guy has been doin well recently with 7 or 8 k's in his last 4 starts. I picked up Ruiz as well for my catcher spot. Do you think I should drop Olivo, and pick up Sanchez, should he continue his hot streak?

Hard to tell without seeing the rest of your roster - if you need pitching tho, he has been solid for the better part of this year (I have him on my team as well) so I would say yes.
