Dynasty Trade w/prospects...is it obvious? WHIR

Postby issaquah stud » Sat Aug 14, 2010 7:01 pm

Team 1 Gets: Hughes, Matusz, Manny Machado (minor league team--protected and not on active roster)
Team 2 gets: Wandy Rodriguez, David Aardsma, Max Kepler (minor league team too).

this is a league that has an innings pitched limit of 1500, and is a 6x6 scoring year long roto. The extra categoreis are Holds and On Base %. Right now one Team 1 is in 2nd place and Team 2 is in 4th but almost 20 points out if first. I'll past the 2 rosters below.

Which team gets the better deal? I think it's obvious but the guy I'm trading with doesn't think so. I ALWAYS respond to others so be sure to leave a link of your own question.

If you have time please say why the team gets the better end of it.

This one looks obvious to me, too. Especially in a dynasty league, Hughes > Wandy, Matusz > Aardsma, and Machado > Kepler.

Team 2 isn't quite getting hosed, but it's close.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. Team 1 is winning big here.

Hey man thanks for the help with mine. I have to concur with the others, team 1 is getting the better end of this deal...Hughes+Matusz is a nice combo.
