Hey Luisao,
I would drop Jackson and Shields. Jackson because after his no-no, he hasn't had great stuff and just isnt a lightouts pitcher in my opinion. Shields, I love the guy but he has made me lose plenty of hair cause of his greatness one week and then giving up 3-5 HR in another game.
Hellickson is a new young pitcher who has electrifying stuff and has a high K to BB ratio but Id be scared of him against the NYY just cause he's young. I would pick him up as a matchup guy and I love Westbrook cause hes a good groundball pitcher.
Here is my link:

would 100% drop jackson for hellickson, jackson's had a couple good starts but with his continual control issues and some tough starts upcoming i would say hes easily the most droppable.
after that id say shields is the second possibility to drop, but im not sure how id rank him against westbrook-id keep an eye on westbrook, but he hasnt had any tough starts really to prove that the new team/pitching coach is going to be a huge plus, and shields has had stretches where hes pitched very well. also worth noting is that phil hughes may get moved to the bullpen eventually because of his innings cap, so keep an eye on that as it would be a huge hit to his value this year.

I thought I heard today that Hellikson wasn't likely to finish out the season in the big leagues because of the guys they have coming back?
Anyways, I own EJax and he drives me crazy but he's been solid since switching leagues. I like Westbrook for wins with STL so I'd grab him. Shields is so flakey man...I just can't figure him out! He's probably who I would drop.
But first I'd probably try to package up two of them and get something in return. Seems like these guys are too good to drop, at least that's how it would be in my ten team league.
Good luck!
Help?

Drop Hughes definitely. You could also drop Edwin Jackson but he's kinda playing well right now.
