When I first looked at this, I didn't like either of those deals. For this year, at least. But, since you're only keeping 3, it'd be nice to have Wainwright or Felix as a keeper, even though Lester's also a good one. If you've got a good shot at winning this year, I'd probably try to swing a trade for a bat using some of your pitching. But, if you don't like your chances this year, I'd probably go with the Felix trade. Greinke and Liriano is a bit much for Wainwright, although not absurd if you really want Wainwright as a keeper.
The big question is what place you're in. If you don't think you have a realistic shot at winning, I would take the Wainwright deal because he is a much better keeper than Greinke (at least until Greinke gets traded).
However, you are giving up a lot if you can win this season. I would counter the Wainwright deal with Greinke and Lilly or Oswalt and see what happens. If one of those aren't accepted, I would probably be willing to trade away Greinke and Hanson, but I'd be reluctant to trade Liriano here.
I'm not sure if I would keep Felix Hernandez over Jon Lester anyways, so I probably wouldn't trade for him.
Ya as previously noted it depends where you are in the standings. If you're trying to win this year I'd probably hang onto Liriano/Grienke if its for keepers definitely grab Wainwright.
With only 36 players kept and with all the stud pitching available to draft, would you even keep Wainwright if you got him? He is probably a slight upgrade on Lester if you thought you needed to keep a pitcher but with your squad I wouldn't keep one myself. I'd rather keep Cabrera Tulo and J-Up because pitching is going to be deep in your draft.
