Hey everyone. I was wondering if you all could help me with something. Today, a trade was accepted where TEAM A is giving M. Tejada SD (3B/SS) and D. Lowe ATL (SP) for TEAM B's C. Johnson HOU (3B) and C. Lewis TEX (SP). This is a 12 team head to head league where the competition is very good. There are many fighting for the 5th and 6th seed. TEAM A is in 5th place right now. TEAM B is realistically out of contention.

I posted http://www.fantasycafe.com on our league board. This is so the league can use this forum as a tool to allow newer managers a place to post trades that have been offered to them. You all are great in notifying someone whether or not a trade is good or bad using research and logic to support your opinion. Your responses to this post will be a great example for everyone in my league.

I am not asking any of you to post your opinions on whether or not this trade should be vetoed, but instead to offer your opinions on whether or not TEAM B should have accepted this trade and why. I am trying to use this particular post as an example for newer managers in my league to want to use fantasycafe.com's forum resources in the future when it comes to trades.

The trade is not overly uneven. No trade is going to be exactly even. Tejada is not much of a player anymore and Chris Johnson is playing good, but I don't expect it to last. == Lewis might be a bit better than Lowe, but not a great amount. Team A probably came out ahead, but certainly not even close to being a veto trade. Maybe Team B liked Lowe and wanted him. As I said earlier, no trade is exactly even.
