Hellickson or Dice K? WHIR

I need to pick up a spot starter in my 10-man, H2H, 5x5 redraft league.

The two best options are Jeremy Hellickson for the Rays at Detroit or Daisuke Matsuzaka for the Bo Sox at Toronto.

Hellickson would face Max Scherzer who is also on my team. Dice K would face Ricky Romero.

So the two questions I have are which of the two should I pick up and should I start or sit Scherzer? My plan is to start Scherzer, but I could probably be persuaded the other way.

Go with Dice K...personally, i prefer to not have two starters competing against each other on my team.
