My team is already out of the running. I am listening to offers for Roy Halladay now. Somebody has offered me a trade of my Halladay for Matt Holliday and my choice of Jaime Garcia, Edinson Volquez and I might be able to get him to trade Papelbon. Is it worth it?
I am in a deep 12-18 flex keeper league H2H 12-team league.
My roster is...
C Matt Wieters
1B Billy Butler
2B Dan Uggla
3B Chase Headley
SS Starlin Castro
IF Kelly Johnson
LF Adam Lind
CF Vernon Wells
RF Corey Hart
OF Jason Heyward
UTil BJ Upton
Bench
Bobby Abreu
Mike Moustakas
Desmond Jennings
Matt Laporta
Pitching
Roy Halladay
Francisco Liriano
Clayton Kershaw
Clay Buchholz
Heath Bell
Jeremy Hellickson
Madison Bumgarner
Scott Downs
Wandy Rodriguez
Takashi Saito
If you do help me, post ur link and I promise to help you.

What are your keeper rules? How many players can you keep, for how many years, and at what cost?
I personally don't like the sound of the trade -- Halladay will be a first-round pick next year, probably the first pitcher taken. I would keep him over Holliday, who in St. Louis is a great but not first-round outfielder. .300/25-30 HR/100 RBI is very strong, but every year you can find a waiver wire guy who'll get you those numbers -- Adam Lind/Raul Ibanez in 09, Aubrey Huff/Nick Swisher in 10, etc. I don't think you can consistently find a random pitcher comes out and throws 240 IP with Halladay's ratios off the waiver wire (though admittedly Cliff Lee did it a few years ago).

Don't do it. Holliday is overrated and will continue to regress next year.

We have a 12- 18 flex keeper, meaning that I can keep anywhere from 12-18 players. For every player under 18 players, you get an extra draft pick.
Right now I am looking at keeping 18.

I see all that young talent that you plan on keeping. What you seem to need is a 3b upgrade. I would only consider moving Halladay if you can get a stud 3b, someone like Wright or Longoria in the deal back.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
