Dynasty League Trade/Keeper Help (WHIR)

Ok, so I'm in a 12 team dynasty league worth $600, we can keep 10 guys from year to year. Our trade deadline is 8/15 and I'm looking to make some moves to solidify my keepers and still keep me in the hunt this season. Who would should I trade off my current roster to get some young talent that will keep me in the hunt for years to come?

I might package Braun, G. Soto, and a trash heap closer for:
Buster Posey, stud starter (top 3) and a good young closer.

I'd shoot for a Lincecum, Posey, and Soria swap.
