Ok..I'm currently sitting in second place overall in my league and our trade deadline is on the 15th. I want to see if I can maybe shore up my team a bit. I was thinking of trying to trade for a third basemen as I drafted Pablo Sandoval but finally gave up on him last night when I picked up Cahill in anticipation of trying to make a trade. Here's my team...
C-Montero
1st-Fielder
2nd-Cano
3rd-Uribe
SS-Rollins
OF-Dunn
OF-J. Upton
OF-Rasmus
Util-Gardener
Bench-Pagan
SP-Jimenez
SP-Price
SP-Jered Weaver
SP-Zito
SP-Romero
SP-Colby Lewis
SP-Tommy Hanson
SP-Trevor Cahill
RP-Leo Nunez
RP-David Aardsma
RP-Axford
RP-Arthur Rhodes (holds..)
DL-Andrew Bailey
DL-Shane Victorino
So thoughts? I need saves and SBs the most, but 3rd base is a rather glaring hole. I have a lot of starting pitching, but I like to roll with that rather than bench slots in a week. What would you do? Stand pat knowing that you're in second place and not mess with a thing? OR what holes should I try to fill?

Sell Jimenez high and go after a good third basemen, see if you can get a Evan Longoria, or maybe sell Jimenez and get Adrian Beltre + a decent closer or a decent pitcher

So you think my pitching will be fine with the loss of Ubaldo?

But I really don't feel you would miss a beat just because its not because he will be getting you at most a start a week. I think Price and Weaver would be able to pick up the slack. Unless this league is a keeper?
