I would do this. Kemp is a huge upgrade on Span, and even a sucky year for him is not bad (60 runs and RBIs, 18 HR, 16 SBs so far). You also get production now, rather than waiting for Howard to come back, and you don't have the risk that Howard is out for longer than the minimum, or is not totally right when he comes back.

Agreed with Votto at 1B this gives you a solid and potentially big upgrade at OF. Unless of course you can start both Votto and Howard once he's back, but you didn't say that, so I'm assuming not.

Help with mine? Thanks.

I like the overall stats Kemp will give you the rest of the way over what Howard will. I'd pull the trigger here.

Given you have Votto then I agree that Kemp would be a significan upgrade for your outfield. So...I'd do it.

Spans put up better numbers AND points than Kemp this year. Whats that say?

Maybe, but you already have that covered and need the OF upgrade. It helps both sides, a logical trade to make.
