Who is the better pickup for this season? Minor or Chacin? They are both going into the rotations. WHIR

For this year, I think it's gotta be Chacin. He has spent some time on a major league mound and is much more likely to give you positive production than a big-league virgin like Minor. My pick is Chacin.
