Lilly is just sitting on waivers but I don't know what to do. I don't want to drop anyone. I am desperately trying to get this deal another owner and I talked about, Cueto for VMart, done but we are going in circles. Help please

I'm assuming you want to move Cueto, get VMart, and drop Wieters? If you fail to get that done, I would look to get a 2 for 1 deal done and you send Cueto or Colby, or whichever pitcher you want + a position player and get an upgrade at a postion of your choosing (or whatever the trade market will allow). That's what I look to do to try and free a roster spot and add Lilly, but move quick my friend, b/c Lilly will be a hot waiver pickup soon enough.
