Dynasty (Keep all 25), 14 teams, H2H, 5 x 5
I was offered two different deals. Should I accept either of them? I'm saying no, but I'm open to some input...
1. Brandon Phillips for Chad Billingsley (Kelly Johnson would then be my 2b)
2. Carl Crawford for Zach Greinke (Kelly Johnson would then be my util)

Wow, nice looking team for a 14teamer.
I don't like either deal for you because your pitching is already stacked with 3 aces (Felix,Sabbathia and JJ) and 2 up and coming ones (Latos and Garcia)
No need to weaken you hitting to strengthen your pitching.
That said, the offers aren't any good either. I wouldn't accept them even if I did need pitching help.

I wouldn't because you've already got a more than solid staff. Why downgrade your offence when it isn't needed?
If anything I'd be looking to package up a pitcher with Reynolds or Loney for an improvement at 1b/3b.

I'm not a big fan of either one of those deals - you don't need the pitching! I would definitely look to improve at 1B or 3B, as others have said. Maybe move Nolasco + Loney/Reynolds for an upgrade - you still maintain your core of great pitchers, but have an upgraded infielder.
