I was offered two different deals. Should I accept either of them? I'm saying no, but I'm open to some input...

Wow, nice looking team for a 14teamer.

I don't like either deal for you because your pitching is already stacked with 3 aces (Felix,Sabbathia and JJ) and 2 up and coming ones (Latos and Garcia)

No need to weaken you hitting to strengthen your pitching.
That said, the offers aren't any good either. I wouldn't accept them even if I did need pitching help.

I wouldn't because you've already got a more than solid staff. Why downgrade your offence when it isn't needed?

If anything I'd be looking to package up a pitcher with Reynolds or Loney for an improvement at 1b/3b.

I'm not a big fan of either one of those deals - you don't need the pitching! I would definitely look to improve at 1B or 3B, as others have said. Maybe move Nolasco + Loney/Reynolds for an upgrade - you still maintain your core of great pitchers, but have an upgraded infielder.

Good luck, and a little help with my trade question? Thanks.
