Also should I be looking to deal J Garcia? Any one know if he is on a pitch limit?

I would take Hanrahan for the rest of the year. If, however, it is a keeper league (even if you are playing for this year), I'd take Storen. The two are that close. If there is a cost to dropping one for the other, I wouldn't do it. Again, it is that close.
