My league is cracking on my offense, but I'm actually a little concerned about my staff too. Looking for a little constructive criticism or positive feedback to ease my fears. (12 team league)
i think your fine at shortstop. giving up ensburg would leave too big of a hole at 3rd. bonds gets you walks, which do count for your stats. overall, i think you should be safe with who you have. i definately wouldnt value manny over vlad. vlad is a little under rated now because of the worries about his back, but considering his a 40-40 player, theres no way id value him under manny.
i wouldnt bank on nen for too much. i think you basically got saves covered with gagne and percival, so you may want to see if someone really values nen. try to package him with one of your infielders to upgrade the same infield position (2nd could use some help).

your save dept is pretty solid, even if nen doesn't come back until mid-year.
If it was a 5x5 league, I would probably do the trade. bonds just walks too damn much. if you can package nen for a solid starter, it might be worth it.
i think DJ is going to have a monster year in NY. especially with AROD playing 30 feet away. probably back to 340/20/80/20 w/ 120 R.
