Papi and Capps for Neimann..

I was just offered Jeff Neimann for David Ortiz and Matt Capps..

positionally this is good for my team as I have 5 closers (if you include drew storen) and need a starting pitcher. Also my Util spot can be filled by Pedro Alverez until manny comes off the DL.

so as I was saying, positionally this is good for me, but my question is more am I getting the Value I deserve out of Capps and Ortiz??

I like this trade for you especially if you need help at SP. One of these days Capps will wake up and remember he's Matt Capps, and they may happen in a new league. 4 closers is probably more than enough in any league. Ortiz's value is kind of tricky. I think it's hard to say that he's washed up, but at the same time he's a hard sell because of his decline. If you're looking to get rid of him, I think you have to take what you can. He's probably worth more than a 3rd-tier pitcher, but that might be the best you can get out of him.
