The only other big name prospect the So have is Flowers and the Nats definitely do not need a catcher. especially after the Capps trade. What else could Kenny add?
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!
If the Sox get Dunn for just Jackson I'll be stunned because watching a lot of Nats games, they LOVE this guy and think more highly of him than other teams likely do.
This has honestly been the weirdest trade season in recent years. Haren went for a horrible package, the Diamondbacks managed to get just as good a mix of players for Edwin Jackson, who's been horrible (outside of a lucky no-hitter) . . . and then the Twins give up their "top" prospect for Matt Capps? Are you kidding me?
I have no idea why the Nationals would be more interested in Edwin Jackson than Daniel Hudson. They're a rebuilding team that should take the prospect 10 times out of 10.
I also think that Skaggs is at least as good of a prospect as Hudson although it will take a couple of years for him to make the majors. the Haren trade was terrible but let's not overlook Skaggs.
Did....did DiPoto just pull a fast one on everyone? Hudson for EJax is a steal for the D'Backs.
Kenny Williams is Latin for Village Idiot. I wouldn't give DiPoto the credit.

The Nationals told teams that Edwin Jackson was key to obtaining Adam Dunn from them, according to ESPN.com's Buster Olney. Many teams tried to obtain Jackson, the White Sox got him and now the Nationals say they aren't so sure they want the righty. Obviously, teams are frustrated with the Nationals
